We proudly rate among our Nation's best for delivering reliable electricity with exceptional service, at the lowest electric rate in the state of Colorado.
You depend on us for safe, reliable, affordable energy solutions with exceptional member service.
Our mission is to do just that — while continuously improving to meet and exceed your evolving needs.
Value Of Membership
PVREA provides the lowest residential rate and is among the highest reliability in Colorado.
Value Beyond The Meter
We promise energy for your life, savings for your budget, and services to empower our community.
Value Of The Co-op Business Model
There’s value in being part of an electric cooperative instead of a municipality or investor-owned utility.
Mailing paper bills is expensive — and those costs are shared by all PVREA members. In fact, postage has gone up by 60% over the last 10 years and continues to increase. Going paperless helps reduce these costs while saving you time, money, and headaches from delayed bills.
Paperless billing offers a simple, secure, and eco-friendly way to stay on top of your account.
Our path forward to a better future starts now. Delivering 80% carbon-free energy to our members by 2030 without sacrificing the reliable, affordable power you depend on now.
The power is in your hands. Securely manage your electric account anywhere, at any time. View or pay your bill, report outages, monitor energy use, and stay up to date with service notifications.

The high winds are back in our area today. We have once again activated enhanced power safety settings in the high wind zones as well as initiated other procedures to prioritize safety and reliability.
While we don't anticipate any planned outages, high winds can cause unexpected power outages. With currently enhanced power safety settings in some areas, outages may be more frequent and longer in duration as crews must manually inspect power lines and devices before restoring service.
Safety First! Always stay clear of downed utility lines and DO NOT attempt to move them or the objects they are touching. Power lines may become re-energized at any moment during restoration efforts. If you see a downed line, stay back, inform others to stay away, and call us at 800.432.1012. If you can safely take a picture, please do, so that we can identify the location and if it is a power line or other utility line (such as phone, fiber, etc.).
