What You Need to Know

  • How do I install the PVREA App on my iPhone or iPad?

    On your iPhone or iPad, simply click on the App Store and search for ‘PVREA’ to download. Open the app on the device and log into your account. If you do not have an online account yet, set one up here.

  • How do I install the PVREA App on my Android device?

    On your smartphone, simply click on the Google Play Store and search for ‘PVREA’ to download. Open the app on your device and log into your account. If you do not have an online account yet, set one up here.

  • How can I sign up on the web?

    Getting started is easy. If you don’t already have online access to your account, all you need is your account number and email address. You can then quickly sign up for an online account by following the steps above. Download the PVREA App to your smartphone or tablet and log in!

  • How do I sign up for Paperless Billing?

    At this time, you must sign up for paperless billing in a web browser and not in the app.

    • In your web browser, sign into your online account here.
    • Under the ‘My Profile’ tab, go to ‘My Information’.
    • On the left-hand side of the screen, navigate to ‘Update My Printed Bill Settings’.
    • On the right-hand side, you can toggle your ‘Printed Bill Status’ to off.
  • Help! I'm locked out of my account.

    Users are locked out of their online account after 6 unsuccessful attempts to log in. If you are locked out, you may have typed in the wrong password or email address.

    Your account will unlock after 30 minutes.

    To reset your password, simply click on the Reset Password link on the PVREA app login webpage.

    If you are still having issues unlocking your account, call into our office during business hours and a Member Service Representative will help you.

    I need to make a payment now.

    If you need to make an immediate payment and are locked out of your account, you can pay online without logging into your account by clicking here to make a one-time payment.

    You can always make secure payments over the phone at anytime by calling us.

  • How do I sign up for Outage Alerts?

    In the App

    1. Click on the ‘Settings’ icon.
    2. Click on ‘Manage Notifications’ under the ‘Notifications’ section.
    3. Click on the ‘Service’ tab.
    4. Choose which cell phone and/or email address you would like to receive notifications for all of the alert types. If you have no contacts listed, you can add contacts under ‘Manage Contacts’.

    On the Web

    1. Sign in to your online account.
    2. Click on ‘Notifications’ in the menu.
    3. Click on ‘Manage Notifications’.
    4. Click on the ‘Service’ tab.
    5. Choose which cell phone and/or email address you would like to receive the notifications for all the alert types. If you have no contacts listed, you can add contacts under ‘Manage Contacts’.
