Reports & Bylaws

We are a not-for-profit electric cooperative, owned by the members we serve.

According to our democratic principles, certain information is made public for all our members to freely access.

We publish our board meeting minutes, provide an annual report, conduct an annual meeting, hold an election of Board Directors, and present an annual audit report. You may also view our bylaws and terms of service.
