Go Paperless

To receive your bill via email or text:

  1. Log into your PVREA account to manage notification preferences.
  2. Navigate to ‘My Profile’ in the menu.
  3. Select ‘My Information’.
  4. On the left-hand side of the page, select ‘Update My Printed Bill Setting’.
  5. Toggle your ‘Printed Bill Status’ to ‘Off’.
