PV For All allows income-qualified PVREA members who participate in the Colorado Energy Office Weatherization Assistance Program to save up to 30% off the energy-related cost (kWh) of their electric bill each month!
There are no out-of-pocket costs or subscription fees. Earn credits on your electric bill, lowering it a bit each month.
No equipment or solar panels will be installed at your home, yet you still benefit from reduced electricity costs.
Members must reside in PVREA service territory, pay their own electric bill, and the total household income must be at or below the Annual Gross Income levels set by their county of residence.
Income guidelines vary by county and the number of people in the household.
PV For All subscriptions are available on a first come, first-served basis, and quantity is limited.
There are no out-of-pocket costs, and your bill will never increase by participating.
Participants will, on average, see a 30% reduction in their monthly electricity usage (kWh) on their bill.
For you to be income-qualified for PV For All, you must have participated and completed a project in the Colorado Energy Office Weatherization Assistance Program.
Upon completing your Colorado Energy Office (CEO) Weatherization project, the CEO will send us a notification stating your project is complete and we will reach out to you with a PV For All subscription offering.
Yes! Renters, homeowners, people who live in apartments, houses, condos, mobile homes, etc. – anyone who pays their own electric bill to PVREA can participate in this program regardless of housing, as long as they meet the income requirements.
PVREA members must go through the following program to income-qualify for PV For All.
The Weatherization Assistance Program is designed to help low-to-moderate income households improve their home’s energy efficiency at no cost by providing a comprehensive energy audit and implementing energy-saving measures.
1) Online: Begin your application through the Colorado Energy Office’s official portal.
2) PV For All: We will then notify you when you have been income-qualified and can apply for the PV For All program to start saving even more on your electric bill.
