Our New Website Is Live!


Check Out Our New, Fresh Look!

Our new website is now live! But rest assured, our same great products and services are all still on the site. We rebuilt our website so that we can continually serve the evolving needs of our members now and into the future.

At your cooperative, we are committed to providing you with excellent member service no matter how you engage with us. We will still be here for all our members, like always, be it in person, over the phone, or out in the field.

Why Did We Change?

A better website gives you the power to quickly and easily find the information and resources you depend on whenever and however you need them.

More and more of our members are using our digital tools, searching for information online first. If we are to satisfy the evolving needs of our members, we must have a digital environment that fits that lifestyle.

What Has Changed?

Residential members can expect to find our many products and services that relate to them all in one place. Likewise, our commercial and business members now have a one-stop shop to access resources and information that is unique to their needs.

Our news and information section expansion is also live! Members can more efficiently find and navigate through our resources and educational pieces. As your trusted source of information, we want you to find what you’re looking for with ease – be it electrical safety information, outage preparation resources, or current promotions at your co-op.

Our members will also find that we’ve expanded many of our interior pages – new information, updated graphics, and more is available throughout our new website. Having trouble finding something? Utilize our new and improved search feature in the top right to find the info you’re looking for!

What Hasn’t Changed?

SmartHub, your online account portal, will not change. This feature will remain how it always has been, so members will not see a change in their account homepage, usage, payments, or how to report an outage.

Our same great products and services will remain. We are not reducing the level of products or services we offer, nor are we reducing the importance of interacting with you in person, over the phone, or out in the field.
