As a co-op, we are controlled by our members who actively participate in setting policies, making decisions, and electing representatives.

This cooperative principle is integral in how we do business, and sets us apart from other types of utilities.

Meeting Schedule and Minutes

Your Board of Director’s meetings are held monthly and, unless otherwise noted, are held at our headquarters located at 7649 REA Parkway, Fort Collins, CO 80528. The monthly meeting location, date, and commencement time are posted in the front office lobby and on this webpage in the links below.

At our monthly meetings any co-op member or the general public is welcome to attend and observe. Attendees will be given an opportunity to address the Board following our Guidelines for Public Participation.
