Paperless billing offers a simple, secure, and eco-friendly way to stay on top of your account.
It only takes a few minutes to enroll through your online account or the PVREA mobile app.
How To Enroll
- Log in to your online account through your SmartHub web browser portal or the free PVREA Mobile App.
- In the web browser, click the ‘Settings’ tab in the left-hand column.
a. Click the ‘Paperless Billing’ tab.
b. Toggle ‘ON‘ the Paperless Billing button.
c. Next, update your email and phone number in the ‘Contact Methods‘ & ‘Manage Notifications‘ tabs.
- In the PVREA app, click on the 3 dots at the bottom of the screen for ‘More’.
a. Click the ‘Settings’ tab.
b. Click the ‘Paperless Billing’ tab.
c. Toggle ‘On’ the Paperless Billing button.
d. Next, update your email and phone number in the ‘Contact Methods‘ & ‘Manage Notifications‘ tabs.
Information you update in the ‘Contact Methods‘ tab ensures we have your current & accurate email address(es) and phone number(s) for notifications delivered via email, text message, and/or automated phone call.
By utilizing the ‘Manage Notifications‘ tab, you can select how often and when you receive notifications from us about your PVREA account.
Once enrolled in Paperless Billing, you’ll receive your bill notification message via email or text and will no longer receive a paper bill through the mail.
