We are changing our website because more and more of our members are using our digital tools while also searching for information online first. If we are to satisfy you evolving needs, we must have a digital environment that fits your lifestyle where you an access the information you need, when and how you want to.
What Is Changing?
We are changing our main website later this year.
Residential members can expect to find our many products and service that relate to them all in one place. Likewise, our commercial and business members will soon have a one-stop-shop to access resources and information that is unique to their needs.
We're expanding our news and information section so that you can quickly find and better navigate through our resources and educational pieces. As your trusted source of information you can depend on, we want you to find what you're looking for with ease - be it electrical safety information, outage preparation resources, or current promotions at your co-op.

What Isn't Changing?
SmartHub, your online account portal, will not change. This feature will remain how it is today, so members will not see a change in their account homepage, usage, payments, or how to report an outage.
Our same great products and services will remain. We are not reducing the level of products or services we offer, nor are we reducing the importance of interacting with you in-person, over the phone, or out in the field.
How Are We Helping Our Members Through the Change?
